What this website collects
Browsing the site does not create an account, set tracking cookies or send your data to advertising or analytics services. The fonts, images and scripts are served from our own domain.
When you use the enquiry form, the details you type (name, email address, phone number, preferred dates, number of guests, chosen home and any notes) are placed in a message that opens in your own email application. Nothing is stored on this website; the message is sent by you, to us, only when you choose to send it.
Why we use your data
- to answer your enquiry and check availability;
- to arrange and manage your booking, transfers and any services you request;
- to meet legal obligations, such as tax and guest-registration rules in Greece.
The legal basis is the steps needed to enter into and perform a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in replying to messages you send us.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to reply and, if a booking follows, for the duration of the booking and the retention periods required by Greek law. Messages that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months.
Who sees it
Only the resort’s small team. We do not sell or share your data for marketing. If you ask us to arrange a transfer, car hire or an excursion, we pass on only the details the provider needs for that service.

The site links to Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook. Those services have their own privacy policies, which apply once you leave siennaresort.com.
